Terms & Conditions

1. This warranty does not cover the following cases:

   i) If the product is misused, neglected, or rented on a commercial basis. The warranty will also be invalid if the product is repaired, replaced, or modified by unauthorized service personnel.

   ii) If the product serial number or barcode is removed, altered, or duplicated.

   iii) Product defects caused by incorrect or negligent storage or use.

   iv) Failure to start due to voltage conditions, blown fuses, or other damage resulting from inadequacy or interruption of electrical service.

   v) Product defects caused by exposure to extreme conditions such as thunder, lightning, water ingress, fire, or obstruction of indoor and outdoor airflow.

   vi) Damage or failure caused by rats, cockroaches, insects, or similar pests.

   vii) Installation in hazardous environments involving chemical fumes or corrosive substances such as acid solution, sulfur solution, hydrogen peroxide, sodium sulfate salt, hydrogen sulfide, chlorides, bleaching powder, ammonia, chlorine, IPA, thinner, etc.

   viii) Installation in kitchens or oily environments, or placement of heat-producing elements/sources too close to the indoor or outdoor unit.

   ix) Warranty Void Conditions for Inverter PCB in Residential Air Conditioners:

   a) Improper Installation: Warranty is void if installed by unauthorized personnel, using non-standard components, or without following manufacturer guidelines.

   b) Unauthorized Repairs/Modifications: Any repairs, modifications, or use of non-authenticated parts without prior approval will nullify warranty coverage.

   c) Physical Damage: Damage caused by external impact, mishandling, moisture exposure, or burnt components due to short circuits is not covered.

   d) Electrical Issues: Damage resulting from lightning, improper power supply, voltage fluctuations, or overloading will void the warranty.

   e) Environmental Conditions: Operating the unit outside the recommended temperature/humidity range, exposure to water, or corrosion caused by pollutants will invalidate the warranty.

   f) Neglect/Misuse: Lack of regular maintenance, improper use, or continued operation after detecting faults will not be covered.

   g) Tampering: Altering or removing serial numbers, warranty labels, or other identifying markers will void the warranty.

   h) Force Majeure: Natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen external events are not covered.

   i) Improper Accessories: Use of uncertified external devices, wiring, or connectors will void the warranty.

   j) Documentation Issues: Failure to provide proof of purchase, digital warranty registration, or service records may result in denial of warranty claims.

Note: During the warranty period, products or parts will not be replaced if they are repairable. However, if repair is not possible, replacement will be provided according to the applicable warranty policy. These conditions are intended to ensure transparency and set realistic expectations for customers.

2. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, subject to verification by authorized company personnel.

3. After-sales service will be applicable only at company-authorized service points.

4. The authority reserves the right to change, extend, correct, stop, or cancel the warranty period without prior notice.

5. Effective April 20, 2026, all microchannel condensers will be covered under a 5-year warranty for residential usage.

   Additionally, effective August 1, 2025, all inverter air conditioners will come with:

   • 5-year warranty on Inverter PCB

   • 2-year After-Sales Service warranty

   For units purchased before April 20, 2026 (microchannel condenser) and before August 1, 2025 (inverter AC), the following warranty terms will apply:

   • 3-year warranty on Microchannel Condenser

   • 3-year warranty on Inverter PCB

   • 1-year After-Sales Service warranty

   Special Condition: For units sold between April 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025, a 5-year Inverter PCB warranty will be applicable only to the INVERNA, ACC, and MARLINE series.

6. During the 4th and 5th years, the company will repair the unit if possible, but the customer must pay the gas charges according to the service policy.

7. A maximum of two free cleaning services will be provided during the 2-year after-sales service warranty period, upon request.
