Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty does not cover the following cases:

1. Product misuse, neglect, or rental for commercial purposes. The warranty is also invalid if the product is repaired, replaced, or modified by unauthorized service personnel.

2. Removal, alteration, or duplication of the product serial number or barcode.

3. Product defects caused by incorrect or negligent storage or use.

4. Failure to start due to voltage conditions, blown fuses, or inadequate or interrupted electrical service.

5. Product defects caused by extreme conditions such as thunder, lightning, water ingress, fire, or obstruction of indoor and outdoor airflow.

6. Damage or failure caused by rats, cockroaches, insects, or similar pests.

7. Installation in hazardous environments involving chemical fumes or corrosive substances such as acid solution, sulfur solution, hydrogen peroxide, sodium sulfate, hydrogen sulfide, chlorides, bleaching powder, ammonia, chlorine, IPA, thinner, etc.

8. Installation in kitchens, oily environments, or near heat sources.

Inverter PCB Warranty – Void Conditions

• Improper Installation: Installation by unauthorized personnel, use of non-standard components, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

• Unauthorized Repairs / Modifications: Repairs, modifications, or use of non-authenticated parts without prior approval.

• Physical Damage: Damage caused by external impact, mishandling, moisture, or burnt components due to short circuits.

• Electrical Issues: Damage caused by lightning, improper power supply, voltage fluctuations, or overloading.

• Environmental Conditions: Operation outside the recommended temperature/humidity range, water exposure, or corrosion caused by pollutants.

• Neglect / Misuse: Lack of regular maintenance, improper use, or continued operation after detecting a fault.

• Tampering: Alteration or removal of serial numbers, warranty labels, or other identifying marks.

• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen external events.

• Improper Accessories: Use of uncertified external devices, wiring, or connectors.

• Documentation Issues: Failure to provide proof of purchase, digital warranty registration, or service records may result in denial of warranty claims.

Important Warranty Notes

• During the warranty period, products or parts will not be replaced if they are repairable.

• If repair is not possible, replacement will be provided according to the applicable warranty policy.

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, subject to verification by company personnel.

• After-sales service is applicable only at company-authorized service points.

• The authority reserves the right to change, extend, correct, stop, or cancel the warranty period without prior notice.

• Effective April 20, 2026, all microchannel condensers are covered by a 5-year warranty for residential usage.

• Effective August 1, 2025, all inverter air conditioners come with a 5-year Inverter PCB Warranty and 2-year After-Sales Service Warranty.

• For units purchased before April 20, 2026 (microchannel condenser) and before August 1, 2025 (inverter AC), the applicable warranty terms are:

  • Microchannel Condenser: 3 Years

  • Inverter PCB: 3 Years

  • After-Sales Service: 1 Year

• For units sold between April 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025, the 5-year Inverter PCB Warranty applies only to the INVERNA, ACC, and MARLINE series.

• During the 4th and 5th years, the company will repair the unit if possible; however, the customer must pay the applicable gas charges according to the service policy.

• A maximum of two free cleaning services will be provided during the 2-year After-Sales Service Warranty period upon request.
